JerseyhubJA does not accept returns in the first 3 weeks of ordering. This is because we make our clothes on demand, and it takes us approximately 2-3 weeks to manufacture and deliver your order. Therefore, we cannot accept returns during this time period.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or provide a refund. To process a refund, we may require you to provide photos or other documentation of the defect or damage.
